RESULTS
OpenWater centralized over 200 recognition programs, standardized workflows, and automated tasks like application tracking, volunteer onboarding, and conduct disclosures for APS. Staff removed legacy tools and manual follow-up. Reviewers and applicants used a consistent interface. The platform enabled feedback collection, policy enforcement, and efficient program updates aligned with APS’s goals.
